This was such a fun collaboration with a company that specializes in versatile apparel for the professional business and entreprenour women with a focus on creating curated collections each season.
We came up with 3 aspects for each event: 1) Create customer engagement by inviting customer involvement with the live event. 2) Utilizing Local vendors for a food item. 3) Live installation of the seasonal piece that also harmonizes with the season's color palette for the current collections.
With this collaboration I learned so much about the importance of shared wins. Why high quality product and intention go hand in hand; and how building symbiotic relationships with other local vendors fosters a shared sense of accomplishment and camaraderie.
After the success of the previous event, it was requested that I create a marketing video for the marketing team showing a time-lapse of the installation.
The concept for this was "Selfies" so I utilized their wall to create a delightful selfie "station" compete with custom made props. A local fresh poke restaurant provided refreshments during the event. Again sales goals exceeded projections and management was thrilled with the event and considered it another success!
I proposed several ideas before I settled on the original concept for the very first Holiday installation. Hope & Inspiration. These are business women. Get them involved by giving them a chance to share what inspires each of them. And do so with a paper crane…an international symbol of hope.
Each of the over 250 cranes was folded out of marbled ivory and gold paper and customers were invited to share and write down their favorite inspiration, advice or quotes. The hand written cranes were then included in the installation. Each customer then received a glass of champagne and box of custom made macarons specially created for the event.
Bailey 44 and the mall's marketing management was thrilled with the concept and the success of the event in both creating customer engagement and exceeding sales goals.
